All Fyntage Jewelry are hand made in Taiwan. Most pieces are made to order so please leave up to 28~30 working days for your piece to arrive as we make it specially for you. If you’re in a rush, don’t worry, just email shopfyntage@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

Please note : we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
We kindly remind our customers to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Fyntage Jewelry will not be liable for any items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In the event that an item is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will reissue the item once it is returned to us, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate to avoid any inconvenience.

我們不對在途中丟失的包裹退款。我們無法退還或更換已「成功投遞」的被盜包裹或未經檢索的包裹。

對於因送貨地址不正確或不完整而未收到的物品，我們概不負責。由於運送地址不正確而無法送達的物品將在Fyntage Jewelry收到退件時重新簽發，並將收取重新轉運費。
