｜如何採集指紋｜
訂購後您將會收到<紋印記憶2.0 HOME KIT>材料包，您可以輕鬆在家中採集指紋或寵物印記，並將蠟模郵寄回工作室進行後續製作
（不建議1歲以下嬰兒使用指紋材料包，因為他們的指紋太淺恐怕無法完整顯現，您可以考慮手掌紋或腳掌紋。但這仍取決於每個孩子，我們強烈建議您在訂購前檢查孩子的紋路是否足夠明顯可以製作。若您的對象是長輩，他們的指紋可能因歲月磨耗變淡，可以考慮採集長輩的指關節紋。）
取樣紋路的深淺將忠實地呈現在成品上，我們無法為您加深紋路，因此請您務必滿意您壓印的紋模。
您可自行拍照後，放大照片檢視紋路，建議開啟閃光燈，效果更佳。
｜永存獨特的紋印記憶三步驟／How To Get The Perfect Print｜
1. 軟化 Soften
用「吹風機」或「溫熱水」加熱使採印的蠟塊變軟，並揉成平滑的圓球狀，軟化後立即壓印。
Soften the wax by warming with a hairdryer or tepid water, roll into a smooth ball shape, and press immediately after softening.
2. 壓印 Press
將您想紀念的紋路壓印其中 - 手指紋、狗鼻狗掌、貓鼻子，或其他紀念物件（牙齒或毛流等等）。
若失敗或不滿意，請重複步驟1，直到您滿意為止。
Press your imprint – finger, knuckle, pet's nose, pawn, or any item you like to print, e.g. tooth or hair.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please repeat step 1 until you are fully happy with the print and shape.
3. 寄回 Return
妥善安置於盒中，填妥回執卡，一併寄回來給我們。
Place it safely in the container and send back to us with return information card.

*請注意，除了台灣境內可使用材料包內附上的回郵信封外，國際客戶需自行負擔紋模回件的郵資。
我們會在收到您的紋印後，便開始排單處理鑄造您的飾品，至此訂單已不可取消。
成品將與您的蠟模一模一樣，因此請務必確認您滿意蠟模的紋印和形狀。
從收到您寄回的紋模開始算起，製作時程約需10-12個工作週

You can use the Fingerprint Kit to make imprints of children or adults, or even animals.

｜Taking Fingerprints｜
As this is a pre-order item, please allow 10 working days for preparing and shipping the kit after your order date.
After receiving the kit, you can make your imprints at your convenience at home and mail them back. See the graphic description above for the steps.
Pease note that you have 6 months to use the kit, we encourage you to complete your creation before the validity date shown on the instruction card. You can still use the kit after the 6 months, however there will be an additional NTD 1000 fee to cover the costs of the fluctuating metal prices.
(This product is not recommended for babies under 1 year old as their prints might not be clear enough, but it really depends on the child. We recommend that you inspect your child’s fingerprints before placing order, or consider palm or sole print. For seniors whose fingerprints might be faint by age, you can consider taking their knuckle prints.)
｜Delivery｜
* Please note that the shipping fee of the return prints of all internaiton orders is responsible by customers.
After receiving the prints, the jewelry making process will begin automatically. Please ensure you are satisfied with your wax prints. You can inspect the wax prints by taking a photo with flashlight on and enlarge to have a clear view.
Please allow up to 10 to 12 business weeks for the crafting of your customized product.
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number when your jewelry is shipped.
